Most Recent Donations To N.O.W.

I am always amazed at the diligent team work from our small but dedicated group of volunteer quilters! They show up every Wednesday from 1pm - 4pm to make quilts for those in need. Some of our fabric is donated from the community and some community members have been kind enough to donated cash so that we can use it towards batting, backings, threads, fabric etc.

Our recent batch of donated quilts went to N.O.W. (New Opportunites for Women) These ladies are always so very appreciative of the work our quilters put into their flip and stitch quilts!

Some of the quilts are created from unfinished donated blocks and others are inspired by a fun but speedy strip piecing method.

Most importantly though....all of the quilts are made with loving hands and hearts, designed to give its new owner a much needed hug!
